Ticketnet is a company specialized on ticket sales

  • via direct point of sales and
  • via Internet

for cultural events.

Initially operated since late 2004, integrating tickets reservations and presales, as a department of Silver Moon Productions and Adam Productions.
Officially the company founded in June 2006 extending its activities in the space of call centers.

The absence of specialized software for:

  • Supporting numbered seats presalling for medium or large sized theaters
  • Automated online credit card transaction clearance.

were the main reasons for founding the company

Specifically the company managed:

  • Eliminate loss of income possibilities for the producer during tickets selling, by having an integrated system (Hardware/Software/Personal) which is 100% available (365 days per year, 7 days per week, 24hours per day) and thus predicting any case of dysfunction.
  • Increase the rate of ticket sales by credit cards, having materialized the last word as in technological equipment, as and to secure communication systems and exchange of data with Piraeus Bank.
  • Become pole of attraction qualitative and recreational productions with the contribution of publicity of producers that allocates in all media.
  • Create a so user friendly system, that each user of any producer be trained fast and effectively. By this way each producer can use his own personnel in the phase of sell-in tickets from his own cashiers with equipment provided FREE of charge from the company.
